We want you to love your VEE COLLECTIVE purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can easily request a return, exchange, or store credit through our RETURNS PORTAL.

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for all full-price items and free returns within 14 days of delivery for sale items. 

All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.

START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To begin your return, exchange, or store credit request, please access our returns portal and enter your order information.

Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email.

Please note: All items that you wish to return must be registered in the returns portal. Any items sent to our warehouse that have not been registered are at risk of remaining unprocessed and not refunded.

EXCHANGES

Need a different color or style?

To start an exchange, visit our returns portal and submit your request within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit instead.

Once we receive your returned item(s), your exchange order will ship within 3–5 business days.

Note: Exchanges are only possible within the EU.

STORE CREDIT

Store credit is a refund option. It can be used for future purchases from our online shop. Instead of receiving the refund back to your original payment method, the refund amount is issued as a gift card code to your customer account with vee-collective.com.

You can use store credit at checkout for any item featured in our store. If your order total is higher than your store credit balance, you can simply pay the remaining amount using another payment method.

Store credit does not expire but can only be used at our online shop.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS 

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please start a return request through our returns portal

Select the affected item and choose “Damaged item” as your reason for return. 

You may be asked to provide a short description of the issue and upload photos to help us review the issue. 

Once submitted, you will receive a return label to send the item back to us. After the item arrives at our warehouse for confirmatory inspection, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit in accordance with your selected preference.

Non-returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized Merchandise
  • Gift Cards
Refunds

We will notify you once we receive your return in our warehouse and again when the refund is approved for processing.

The refund process can take up to 7-10 working days from the time the returned order arrives at our warehouse. Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Repeated Returns

We are committed to offering a flexible returns policy to enhance your online shopping experience. To ensure fairness for all customers, we actively monitor return activity to prevent misuse of this policy.

If a customer has returned items valued at over 7,500€ within the past 12 months, our team reserves the right to review their account history. Based on this review, we may accept or deny return requests at our discretion. Once the customer's return rate decreases to a sustainable level, their account will be restored to the standard return policy.
