30-Day Free Return Policy
We offer a free 30-day return policy. This applies to all full-price and sale items, which must be in their original, unused condition.
GENERATE A RETURN LABEL
To generate a return label, please select one of the links above - depending on your location - and enter your order information. Your order number or order ID can be found in the order confirmation email you received after placing your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return unfortunately cannot be accepted.
Non-returnable Items
For personalized bags and gift cards, please understand that we cannot accept returns.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please request a return and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive your return in our warehouse, we will notify you as soon as your return is approved. The refund process can take up to 2 weeks from the time the item clears our warehouse, depending on the payment provider. Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
