E-Commerce Manager
Note: This role is specifically targeted at candidates residing in Berlin and requires a regular presence in the Berlin o8ice.
Your tasks
E-Commerce Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive online salesand profitability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, implementing innovations for competitiveadvantage.
- Optimize key KPIs like CVR, AOV, LTV through data-driven strategies.
- Regularly track and report e-commerce metrics to identify growth opportunitiesand drive optimization, interpret Shopify reports to inform strategy.
Shop Management & Optimization:
- Manage and optimize the Shopify+ shop for a seamless, user-friendly, and brand-consistent experience.
- Leverage Shopify+ features, including themes, apps, APIs, and reportingdashboards.
- Monitor website performance, addressing technical issues like load times andscalability.
- Apply technical SEO practices, including page structure, load times, meta-tags,and structured data.
- Integrate and optimize third-party tools like Global-e for cross-border commerce.
Content & Product Management:
- Coordinate product launches, ensuring timely technical and content setups.
- Oversee accurate product listings, descriptions, and inventory levels.
- Optimize the product catalog for external platforms (e.g., Google Shopping) toenhance visibility and alignment with search intent.
- Optimize automated campaigns (e.g., cart abandonment, upselling) for retention and sales.
Customer Journey & Usability:
- Conduct user behavior analyses to identify improvements in the customerjourney.
- Ensure an intuitive product catalog and website navigation.
- Use tools like Hotjar or Google Analytics to analyze user behavior and refineusability.
- Perform A/B testing on landing pages, product pages, and checkout processes.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure a premium, brand-consistent website.
- Collaborate with performance marketing teams and agencies to optimizecampaigns and interpret PPC platform data (e.g., Google or Meta).
- Collaborate with developers to implement new features, resolve technicalchallenges, and ensure a scalable, future-proof e-commerce platform.
- Partner with logistics and operations teams for eJicient inventory managementand seamless order fulfillment.
- Manage Global-e collaboration to align on pricing, tax, shipping, and localizationstrategies.
- Ensure streamlined workflows using project management tools like Asana or Jira.
Your profile
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, with a preference for the fashion industry and a clear understanding of key processes and challenges in this sector
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify+, including setup, management, and optimization
- Skilled in using Google Analytics to track website performance, analyze user behavior, and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to analyze data, identify risks, capitalize on opportunities, and familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies relevant to e-commerce
- Customer-centric mindset with a history of creative problem-solving
- Understanding of digital brand and performance marketing strategies
- Good eye for web design, with a focus on user experience
- Proficient in SEO and SEM strategies, with experience in implementing strategiesthat increase online visibility and traJic
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Capable of working at pace, adapting to change, while remaining structured andorganized
- Exceptional teamwork skills and comfortable working in a collaborativeenvironment
- Passion for fashion and staying updated with industry trends, with a willingnessto continuously learn and adapt
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Fluent in English (German is a plus), with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Based in Berlin with a presence in the Berlin oJice

Marketing Internship

Your Tasks
- With a focus on marketing, you will extensively support the team in areas such as sales, e-commerce, and office management
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing concepts across all our channels
- Research new marketing activities

- Support the Store Manager in ensuring smooth operations for our sales activities in the store

Your Profile
- Currently studying or recently completed studies in marketing, fashion management, or a related field
- Available for at least 4-6 months (longer internships are accepted) as part of a mandatory internship
- Strong passion for fashion and lifestyle topics, with an awareness and sense of international trends and brands
- Well-versed in social media
- Strong implementation skills with a hands-on attitude
- Organizational talent with an independent and structured way of working
- Reliability, multitasking ability, and flexibility are essential
- High service orientation
- Fluent in German with strong English skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

Your Profile
- Currently studying or recently completed studies in economics, communication sciences, fashion management, or a comparable course of study
- Available for at least 4-6 months (longer internships are accepted) as part of a mandatory internship
- Strong implementation skills with a hands-on attitude
- Organizational talent with the ability to work independently and in a well-structured manner
