RETURN WITHIN GERMANY
Within a period of 14 days after delivery you have the possibility to return your order to us. Return shipping is complimentary. Personalized goods are excluded from exchange.
To ensure a quick processing, we ask you to return the article to us in the original packaging.
Customer satisfaction and a high level of service quality are utmost important to us. If you decide to return one of your ordered products, please contact our customer service by e-mail at email@example.com.
Directly afterwards, we will send you a DHL return label. You can then deliver the package to the next post office or if you wish we can arrange a pick-up. The postage is already paid for you.
We ask for your patience and understanding that refunds can take up to 30 days due to accounting reasons. If you have any further questions about our return policy, please do not hesitate to write us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.

RETURNS FROM ABROAD (EU/ Non- EU)
Please note that our service provider DHL cannot process returns from abroad. In the case of a return from outside of Germany the customer has to carry out the dispatch to us. Please send returns with original packaging to the following address:
