How do I make a return?

Return or exchange your VeeCollective bag within 30 days after receipt. Please follow this link for detailed information on the returning process.

When will I receive my order?

We process orders within 24 hours and send them with DHL. Our standard shipping takes a total of 3 to 6 days within the EU and 4 to 9 days outside the EU.

Where are your bags made?

Our products are made in Vietnam by dedicated craftsmen at a factory that we have spent ample time getting to know and love. Quality is our priority. Our factory carries multiple internationally recognised certificates for quality and working conditions. We chose to work with this factory that also produces for many other respected designer brands.  

What is your recycled nylon made of?

Our nylon is 100% recycled using pre-consumer (mostly fabric wastage) and post-consumer materials (old fishing nets, carpets, tights etc.). Recycled Nylon minimises waste, diverts descent from landfills and its production uses much fewer resources than virgin nylon including water, energy and fossil fuel.

Where can I see VeeCollective products in person?

A selection of our bags are available at the following selected retailers. We recommend giving them a call to make sure they have the bag you’re looking for.

Do you offer monogramming?

Yes, we do! You can add monogramming to all Totes in 4 different letter colors. Bags are hand-painted in Berlin. Add monogramming here.

Do you offer a discount for new customers?

We do! You can sign up for our email list below at the bottom of our page. You will then receive a welcome email with your 10% discount code, valid for your first purchase. Enter that code during checkout, and you’re good to go!

Do you offer a warranty for your products?

We do! We offer a lifetime warranty on all metals including zippers.

ORDERS


Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you should receive a confirmationemail and order number as soon as you place an order. If you do not receive anorder confirmation, please contact info@vee-collective.com with any questions. 

How can I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order simply open your confirmation email and click on the button ‘View your order’. You will be directed to a page with a summary of your order information including shipping address and tracking.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

While we wish we could, we're unable to edit orders once they are placed. We want you to love your VEE and of course offer free returns for our European customers, just in case! 

Can I use more than one discount code?

Unfortunately only one discount can be applied per order. 

I was charged for my order but didn’t receive a confirmation. What should I do?

Not to worry! You can send an email to info@vee-collective.com and we will immediately look into it for you!

Why was my credit card declined?

There are many reasons why a card can be declined, including incorrect billing information. Try reaching out to your bank or card company, as they can often provide more information.

When will I receive my order? 

We process inbound orders within 24 hours and send them with DHL. Our standard shipping takes a total of 3 to 7 days within the EU and 6 to 9 days outside the EU.

When will I receive my tracking number? 

We usually take 24 hours during business days for processing your order. You should therefore receive your tracking number within2-3 days. Be assured, your order is being taken care of and you will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as it's on the way!

Does VeeCollective ship internationally?

We do! Please note that we don't offer free shipping and returns for orders outside of Europe.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to PO Boxes.

My package was marked undeliverable. What happens now?

If your package wasn’t able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at info@vee-collective.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!
